I just rolled my eyes at him.We had a responsible tenant move out and there was pink goo all over the walls.  

If you walked into a brand new kitchen, but someone had 1990s pink tile countertops, you wouldn't look at the kitchen as being rehabbed.

The duplex is in great condition but is extremely outdated (wood paneling, pink/green tile, etc).
