I'm expanding my field and education into rental property investing too.

The field is wide open.

It is the best information that I can find in that field, and its all free! 

I don't start working for him until January, so I thought it would be a good idea to self-learn so that I can start working with some knowledge in the field. 

My aim is not to waste anyones valuable time but simply to gain experience within the field.

I also have a degree in accounting, but I don't actively work in that field.
