Of course, you can hire a local inspector to confirm work is done before final payment, but that all requires some pretty decent process management.

I tend to pay back within 6 months, so my score bounces up pretty close to the original score after the final payment is made.

Finally, they promise you to refund your money within 90 days if you're not satisfied.
