Bigger Pockets has been incredibly meaningful to me too. 

So by including it on there you can finance the entire price...a member on here has become well known for figuring out this method and begin able to extract 100% of his funds using a conventional loan in less than 6 months. 

I am personally a huge fan of local networking events because these can lead to very enriching and meaningful relationships. 

All these type deals, such as fractional ownership, time share, vacation clubs, condotel, etc have a common element…..whatever investment profit existed has already been extracted by the sponsor.  

Though I’ve had the I’ve got to pay my guys scam used on me to extract money that wasn’t owed yet.

If the properties were represented by a professional Realtor, you probably have meaningful EMD on the line.You might want to rethink this wholesaling thing. 

If you share what you are buying (with your own savings) and the detailed numbers, that is what will be meaningful and actionable. 

I want to do my numbers right, but I also don't want to waste any precious time if a number isn't meaningful!
