These grants are a subset of the City's TIF program and applications are accepted for projects within specific TIF districts on a rolling basis.

The estoppel is a form filled out by the tenant, then confirmed by the Landlord, and then accepted by the Buyer.

If you don't facilitate that and I don't mean by subsidizes as much as making it acceptable/streamlined to build then you are part of the problem and you are driving up housing and rental prices.
