Anyone have any success getting 100% of the cost basis as the sticker price for the apartment ?

The only issue I encounter from time to time that may exceed some people's capability is a broken or rusted out mounting flange.

What changes daily is the sticker price next to each one, from each bank, which is then adjusted up or down depending on the parameters specified in the link above.
