Definitely open an LLC if you haven’t done so already and once you have a couple under your belt, you will have lenders lining up for your business.

You can always pay down more principle on a 30 year every month, but you certainly can't pay less a month on a 15 year :-D

Now on raising $ side of things, I suggest first you do some research on syndications.

Some lenders work with 220+ lenders and can really understand which lenders are best for you based on your situation.
