This market is disrupted and it WILL affect all of us.

You want to renovate everything at the same time to keep costs down and minimize interruptions to other tenants (vacancy means no tenants to disrupt). 

You don't need an investigation disrupting your life, or worse, having charges filed against you. 

So is it cool to buy a property and force a tenant to move out and disrupt there life?

I do know that forms of crypto are hear to stay and will disrupt many industries, housing included, you can research why.

With likely disruption to their peace and quiet, the threat of forced relocation, or simply the fear of new landlords, it is important to have a frank and informative conversation.

There will always be unexpected issues, especially for a first time investor,... and it is nice to be able to be on-site with short notice without majorly disrupting your life.There are definitely deals still available here, especially in the East Bay where you are looking.

STR's get a very bad rep (sure there are some bad STR owners) and a lot of that comes from the side of the room that doesn't want to disrupt the wheel.

We are not loving this plan as 2 years goes by pretty fast...disruptive to keep moving, and this plan would take 8-10 years if aggressive and smooth.

But for me, I'm willing to accept the inefficiencies and the small disruptions to my life because I think when weighing whether this program helps or hurts more, I think it helps more.
