Some colors maybe use more than others, but not better, not worst, not important, nor unimportant. 

What colors sells best?

The value of the properties location I think is really important, Think of a long street that ends in a dead-end cul-de-sacThe beginning of the street is a really busy intersection, so the really busy intersection has less value than the end of the street cul de sacYou may want to talk to an appraiser that does this for a living and ask them how different parts of the neighborhood can seriously affect resaleI always ask myself when I'm looking at a house from a buyer's perspective, can grandma walk around the block at 8 o'clock at night just before dark?

I don't charge for estimates, but I cap all finishes per UOM, it doesn't matter really what type of tile they color as long as it is < $5/sf and if it is more than that, they pay the difference.

I bought an REO condo in Logan Square, fixed up some cosmetic stuff (who in their right mind paints a living room dark brown?)

The colors on the map correspond to the colors on the meter, high (red)  low (green) etc.

They also offered to pay for their own painters if they could choose the color(s) & then they upgraded all the outlet plates, the toilet, both bath sink faucets & took back the kitchen backsplash tile we bought & they paid for upgraded tile.

Its way too much trouble to count out every potential unethical job under the sun because we are all sinners and scumbags come from all walks of life, shapes, sizes, careers, colors and religions.
