It is one of the world’s most valuable currencies, so I’d hold on to it.

Some of my hobbies include: sports, programming, reading, investing (stocks, cryptos, real estate), and the occasional night on the town. 

Couple of things:Mitigate the risks of losing some of this capital by immersing yourself in whatever asset class (real estate and/or crypto) you decide to go with, especially now that many people will bring you "ideas" (be extremely patient)Take a long-term view and never invest in GRQ [Get Real Quick] schemes.

From there we stick to longer term (10+ years rate locked) financing so as to hedge rising interest and cap rates.The smart money is chasing income producing assets (bubble or not) right now because we know that the cash in your pocket and in your bank account is fiat currency; not money! 

Consequently, one can be spread too thin trying to learn about stocks, options, and bonds (maybe even crypto now), and then trying to analyze a triple net lease deal, which involves 5 other capital partners. 

The photos will speak for the quality and currency of the property. try not to list the property like you are selling it.honestly, my only advise is if you have a home that big, go out and spend money on someone to put together a description, photos, website, and a marketing package. if you are doing this one your own, you are missing the mark.
