I recently purchased the training with Bob Diamond and can honestly say it can work and the tax sales in certain states are held monthly, so there won't really be a saturation in this biz. i pushin it to the limit with this one especially during this Coronavirus scare

Perhaps I would be open to new cities beyond where I currently own.But I would definitely restrict my investments to states and communities that have democratic governors that take corona virus seriously and which have the most stringent rules in place to combat the spread of the virus.

I can at lease control my RE purchases and holdings, whereas the stock market is so fickle and ever wavering with every bad earnings report, Fed whisper, and now Corona virus.
