Which circuits do you browse for the tri-state region properties, do they still hold local court house auctions? 

We luckily found a somewhat bullish, capital ready group that had very few contingencies (other than awarded credit)...so now fingers crossed we are in the top 3 in # of units for the county (the tie breaker metric).

If I "had" to ground them legally would GFCI breakers be the best/cheapest fix to say they are grounded?
