We luckily found a somewhat bullish, capital ready group that had very few contingencies (other than awarded credit)...so now fingers crossed we are in the top 3 in # of units for the county (the tie breaker metric).

The timer could be before or after the switch but its probably after so make sure the actual breaker is shut off and not just the light switch.Don't blame me if you get shocked!!
