Wouldn't say no to other strategies, but that's kind of what I think would fun and convenient for me. 

What kind of portfolio? 

I was so locked in on the cashout refinance portion of the BRRRR and kind of brushed off the part of what if I do actually have to sell, which I am in now.

But this kind of info also leads to UBER competition, those buying homes to live in 90% of the time will out bid an investor though.

I am a successful real estate investor who recently acquired his real estate licence to help people achieve the same kind of success and I thought what better way then to write down everything I know into a short compact book full of important information.

I have colleagues that have gotten caught up in those mainly promises of large loans you know 10 to 100 mil.. its coming next week just need the Sultan of Burnai to sign off that kind of BS..

What kind of properties are you buying and why do you feel you need inspections?

It's ridiculous, 1 mill a year167 props,  with 50k in saving and credit of 8k, come on , I am saying this post reads like a FB post, Mr/Ms Admin,Bob may be suffering from dementia or some other kind of medical issue.

It seems like it all kind of depends.
