I send one by Certified Mail - Return Receipt Requested, a Second Notice by Regular (Snail) Mail, and send a Third Notice by Email if I have their email address.

They just have to do it in the BP Marketplace. 

In NC, you need to have a certified check for 5% of bid at the initial auction (courthouse steps) and to outbid others during the outbid window (10 days).

I realize that there is the marketplace on here but unfortunately by the time I find a BRRRR listing, it has already been sold.

As far as I know, no one will know or care what account the certified check or wire comes from.

Do all that stuff, but there's also no reason NOT to put it in the MLS as well as on the biggerpockets.com marketplace.

They should keep the emotion out of it.Generally for me, if I have to (or can) send a certified letter, I do.
