OTOH, call police and provide them of clear video of trespass or other crimes, well, hopefully their hands are not tied too, and they will actually arrest or relocate the violators.

The police have been agreed to make an arrest, but unfortunately it's difficult to catch the squatters since I live so far away and since the property service can only call the police during the day (which is often when the squatters are out).

This year alone, he's been arrested 3 times now (no prior arrests in the last 15 years), once in Jan, once last month and just last week for misc charges like drug possession, felony bail jumping (since he has other cases pending), ect.

If the squatter returns and breaks in again now, the police have grounds to arrest them for unlawful entry.
