There is a constantly shifting DMZ in that area, with a line no intelligent person would cross at night and only the bold would go in the daytime.

Most shingles these days are multicolored, I'd probably go for that style in medium/light grayish hues.

I agree with his assessment of some over priced deals in some areas but assuming everything under 100k is in a high crime neighborhood is a very bold statement to make and I believe wrong.
