I was told to wrap any outlet in a metal box (especially a two wire) with electrical tape.Those two prong receptacles are half the cost of a box of 10 three prong, so they can add up quickly too.

@Steve BabiakBelieve one of the manufacturer recommendations is to store in an approved container outside and re-fill the units outside and to also use a carbon monoxide detector:"NEVER fill heater fuel tank in living space; fill tank outdoors""NEVER store or transport kerosene in other than a metal or plastic container that is (1)acceptable for kerosene, (2) non-red in color, and (3) clearly marked “Kerosene”.

we won't tackle carpeting. maybe if things were slower i'd give it a shot but for me, it's easier to pay for it and have it done in a day. we do all the painting, plumbing, and electrical work and more. we just finished roofing two separate garage bays consisting of 12 garages with metal roofing. it was fun!

After removing all the trash, the house was so bad it needed to be demoed.And another hoarders house, after family took the valuables, and furniture people took the furniture, and scrap people took the metals, we still had THREE 40 yard dumpsters of trash.And at another place the outside looked fairly good, but inside the finished basement was submersed in 2 feet of water for 2 years, yuck!
