It is advertised as having a platform that you can pull lists of note holders in any area plus a cheap skip trace feature. 

Beware of some cross-border companies who have mortgage products they advertise as low interest rate.

Let them go.... with the stipulation that you can start advertising and showing the unit ASAP- they make sure the unit is in good condition and kept clean during the process.When people need/want to leave, they will..... the lease wont stop them.
