Cheap paint will come off on the damp cloth used to clean fingerprints off the wall.Just my 2-cents from the last 30+ years experience. 

Their possession $300 and 5 bags or clothes.  

We'd have to rewire because most of our wiring is original copper with cloth insulation from 1950.

@Dale Miller would you come back 4 different times to accommodate 4 different tenants who didn't do the dishes in the sink or pick their dirty clothes up off the floor.

The tenant has been great thus far (he has lived in my property almost 12 months) but works for a large clothing retail company and retail is doing horribly right now. 

The clothing is gone, their hygiene products are gone, and there's clearly nobody living there.

Fell for that one a couple of times...no drop cloths...paint splatters on the hardwood...paint drips...horrific colors.

Hey BP, curious if anyone has run into this before,I am set to close on a duplex in central Florida and cloth wiring was found in both units during the inspection.
