It would be great if progressive views/laws on reducing minimum square footage (residential/single family on foundation) were indeed the case in Indiana, and will to catch on (re-evaluating minimum size of homes) elsewhere.

A little bit about my experience in Real Estate… I started a couple years ago doing some house flips in Detroit ( It was a 2 year plan) then decided to sell everything, moved to Washington DC which can't afford anything in the DMV area but last year I purchased a very nice 3500 SQFT Duplex in Shaker Heights, suburb of Cleveland.

Best of luck getting these units squared away A "true" turnkey provider is always waiting for the ax to fall mate and it can only fall on their head lolLot of accountability and responsibility for sure and it takes many many years to get operating decently.I won't say "perfectly" because there are non stop kinks in the armor of a true turnkey provider.Thanks
