You won't want to get in the middle of the bickering that will happen with the tenants, which will take up more time than you'll want to spend, and cause you headaches.Even grown tenants can sound like they're teenagers whining....But Moooooommmmmm!!!

However, it would handle spaghetti and fruit peels just fine.Haven't decided if disposals are possessed or just channel the personalities of teenagers.

It's not even to be rich in ten years, if rich means driving cars teenage boys drool over and taking $10K vacations three times a year. 

I prefer a consistent hummmm from  my window units.It covers up the noise from the teenagers outside who stay up later than me.

This family consist of an elderly parent age 78 and her daughter age 41 who will be taking care of her and her teenage son age 18.

When I was a teenager, there was someone who was fired from the fabric store I worked in for behaving exactly like this. 

The third bedroom (the smallest) was going to be occupied by the mentally challenged teenager, and the two remaining children who "could watch over him". 

Pot smokers, partiers, people fighting/screaming/throwing things at each other, dogs that bark and howl all day and whine all night, unsupervised teenagers lighting backyard bonfires in the bbq grill while mom away at work, etc.  

Now it is just her with two teenage kids.

As a teenager in a small town on Vancouver Island I used to browse the MLS and look at multi million dollar houses and condos in Vancouver, I loved it.
