I did start a project involving creating a grand real estate information manual where I plug in everything I learn to a structured tome so that when the time comes to take action, I can look up any aspect in the manual, as well as plug in new information I find there in the appropriate section, so it's actually saved and set up to use later, instead of just bouncing around my brain.Once I have a smart phone and some money coming in, and my body and mind awaken back to an active state as a result, I can start finding a piece of info, DOING SOMETHING with it, finding another piece of info, DOING SOMETHING, etc.

Hello all,This is my first post but I have been browsing bigger pockets pretty religiously over the past 3 months.I am a 31 year old dentist (periodontist) who splits his time between San Diego and Los Angeles.I obtained my real estate license about 2 years ago as I've always been interested in real estate, but I haven't pursued signing with a brokerage firm as I've been pretty busy with dentistry.I have heard good things about eXp realty, and wanted to see if anyone had any thoughts or opinions regarding them?

I think if people treat this investment class as a potentially life changing job and do it locally they can achieve a level of success that may not be available to them via other paths.I think the OOS investors who think this can be a passive and lucrative investment will be in for a rude awakening
