I am in the process of getting my GC license for Jeffco and while not a cake walk, it's not horrible.

Best case is they get a free meal and walk away with a lot of valuable information.  

Guests don't go walking out with them and just because that many rolls are available, doesn't mean the guest is going to use them all.For paper towels one brand new roll should be enough for a stay.

But the fact is that the teacher can open the door, BUT the student needs to walk through it!

You can step in and walk thru for the final inspection to get occupancy.What is left to do?

The new western agent did not mention this when we walked the house.

At casual pace, 10 miles takes 5 hours to walk (4 hours at moderate pace).

You need them to every monday morning walk through your project with blue tape and let the subs now where things are not right.
