She called me yesterday stating that the dish washer was not working properly  (taking to long and not cycling).

I could have easily been tricked into dishing out over 10 grand for suncoast to fix a problem that didn’t even exist!

What was added was 2 ton Mini split AC, Washer/ Dryer/ Dish washer, 220 EV charger & of course the new 200Amp panel with all new AFCI breakers.what i was told from PG&E was that they needed to do a calculations to see if the transformers would be able to carry that load or if they needed to upgrade the transformers aswell.

I don’t have a str but I do have a family of 4 which would mean I’m having to wash dishes after every meal.  

(Oven and Dish washer). - Should I leave them as is, or should I get them replaced.- The Doors.. - Should I leave them as is, or should I get them replaced.

She has kept up with repairs and only lately hasn't been able to fix the Dish Washer because she was behind on mortgage and HOA payments.

My housekeeper does this - paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, dish soap, hand soap, laundry detergent - all are EITHER included in the base price OR itemized on my invoice when they are incurred.

Then you have your separate addendum of "House Rules" which spell out what exactly are common elements (Kitchen, Hallway, Bathroom 1, Back Porch, Laundry Facilities) and any specific restrictions regarding use of each (no laundry between 10 PM - 8 AM; clean your dishes before leaving the kitchen area; no storage outside of your personal room; no pets; electrical usage restrictions in the room if any; quiet hours 10 PM - 8AM daily; etc.).

If you would not sell/rent/get in contract with your grandmother over a property/computer/car/dish set....

Dishes, pots/pans, bed covers, etc.
