I have found myself in a place where in a recent tenant of mine is suing for personal injuries.

I'm curious if anyone has found a reasonably-priced virtual bookkeeping service that is familiar with real estate investing?

I know was looking in a defined neighborhood and found an agent to aide in the search.

I’ve found a core group of people that I can trust, and I’ve learned how to evaluate the borrowers and good contracts to use to protect my money, and that's helped me immensely.

It would be pretty unlikely I could be found maximally liable for anything beyond $4 million plus my liability on each unit.

We found success there so it's hard to switch off the brain, and level up to better locations.JD martin said in another post we have a log jam in the housing market with no end in sight.
