You could have great design, but terrible photos, and there's nothing you can do to dress it up.

I like @Joel Owens idea, where it's allowed - like the people dressed up at tax time.

We found a wedding dress in the attic of one house and made sure we tracked down who it belonged to...she was very happy to get it back.

Casual dress is fine, at least at my title company but I am a regular there.

I would just get a colorful shower curtain and towels to dress it up.
