I did this once using FHA on a Fourplex in Provo and it was a great investment.

Since both lots had the same mailing address, this was the address used by the foreclosure attorney when posting the sale.  

This is a great place to learn and to connect with people so take advantage of all the great resources.

I am a lender in Baltimore and live here as well, just curios, what street was this on?

Is this confusion on the lenders part, given that they are headquartered in a different state (Pennsylvania I believe), and is a matter of semantics, or is this standard practice? 

Not sure if Hawaii did the same thing in the lahina fire I know when I was there right after the fire ( Honolulu) I read in the local paper how the locals were getting offers and were offended..

I read that you can only do unlimited STR in hotel/motel zones.
