Once you read the book, I would reach out to a SuperHost on Airbnb and ask if they need any help n "hosting" their properties and that you would like to work for them and/or be mentored.

I actually host Investor Happy Hours every two months or so and am having one this May.

We host a lot of families with kids using the pool and that is a huge turn off.I would do what others are recommending and make a movable object to obscure the camera.

If you get it, then I bet you will get great traffic to your listing and be able to command a higher ADR and occupancy.It is probably happening already today in Airbnb's algorithm, but hosts and guests don't explicitly see it. 

Hey @Usman Khan, Here in Denver, CO we have that law and some people will find a co-host who lives there and the co-host obtains the STR license. 

Perhaps we (BP, the community) need a better firewall between the visible personalities - podcast hosts, webinar leaders, etc - and those with something to sell.

Hell if you like airbnb, then this should be right up your ally because it's a short term rental with a 70% occupancy rate without the hassle, bad reviews, host expenses etc.

You will not watch the money and payouts and bookings and end up losing more hiring a big firm to do what should only be done by local hosts.

When we went to the first weekend event the man who hosted it for epic made a point to ask if anybody could find any bad reviews on Epic and that was one of his big selling points was that it was hard to find any bad reviews which then made us think that it would be okay to put ourselves $40,000 in the hole on this.
