There is definitely an element to real estate investing where it becomes a bit heavy on the boasting side as people talk about how their new purchase meets all the 1%, 2% red%, blue% rules.  

I also have a brother-in-law that worked on the casino in the accounting department, and he told me what they paid in taxes as well.

It's interesting to see brokers like @Jay Hinrichs and @James Wise boasting about how they are so successful and how they do everything right while talking down to others when someone is just looking for some help. 

Casinos won't rehire because occupancy won't be close to what it was.

I see a few people make money with turnkey, but to me, it like going to a casino. 

Think director positions for resorts or casinos.

Also I am speculating but I am sure that the government with engineer someway to get at people's retirement accounts.4) If you are applying for loans you will need to boast your cash reserves since this is usually the limiting factor.

Puerto Rico boasts many military bases and corporations that employ locally, as well as Puerto Ricans who own and operate their own successful businesses, so there is still and affluent and active middle class from which to attract renters and buyers.

        The huge number of inexpensive casino hotel rooms make returns with studio/1 bedroom short-term rentals challenging in many cases. 

I do go to the casino at midnight on Sunday nights and drink 5 rum and cokes.
