I'd like to see the templates others are using to accurately project Cash on Cash and Cash Flow. 

Challenges with finding people who want to do a smaller projects and not cost exorbitant amount of money Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

After some minor maintenance projects and improvements, have had very few issues and cashflow has been slightly better than expected.

Ensure the STR’s projected income comfortably covers new debt, even with conservative occupancy rates, and maintain reserves for market changes or vacancies.

@Jason Tucker, I'm curious to hear, what ever happened with this project.

I ended up not even going STR after digging into her projections and finding out they were not realistic and were just based on city-wide data.

I moved here from Florida after seeing the projected growth.

At this time in the project, is it possible to take out a loan against the property in order to buy a great investment which would be a patch-n-paint and could become an awesome rental?

Is it good idea to do this project spending about 10k now.

What is your projected ConC return with 20% down and 60% occupancy?
