Has anyone looked at real estate listings for Waikiki?  The condo prices consistently range from 80k to 400k.  Can anyone tell me why some condos in the same zipcode of waikiki beach are listed for dirt cheap for esse...

I do agree there's comfort in traditional terms because they're widely used and well understood.

Assuming that your research on the area is right, keep to your “musts,” which will also let the agent know that you are a serious investor whose time they should no longer be wasting until they really have a great deal.Keep in mind that Ohio property taxes vary widely from town to town, and some are just nuts, so choosing the city(ies) in the area should be your first step.

I am a little biased because that is how I got started but it has freed up so much cash flow that I’m not stressing over that monthly payment and it’s allowing me to look at a wide range of investment opportunities.

We found an amazing property that was on a double wide lot with two 2-car garages.
