I'm curious as to whats happened to people that were previously wholesaling a lot in Illinois now that the new law (referenced here - https://www.biggerpockets.com/forums/93/topics/745421-new-illinois-wholesale-law ) has settled down. 

I don't want to lean on realtor income forever, I am looking to start my investment / wholesaling journey and make that my career.

I am on the list for a few areas with a larger wholesaling company (New Western). 

I’m also working on wholesaling deals in South Florida so I would love to connect with Investors on that.

Wholesaling demands less capital, promises quicker deals, but necessitates marketing and negotiation skills.

But recently he started a new program a "pre-protege" training program where he focuses on wholesaling commercial property as a way to raise cash on eventual full on purchasing of commercial properties.

I am looking to start wholesaling owner financed deals and most people want to sell to an investor or end buyer.

So they start with wholesaling or more active real estate gigs. 

With two years of experience valuing deals and working with wholesaling under my belt, I'm ready to take the next step in my journey.I am looking in the 29205 and 29201 area codes for off-mkt deals in which the rent-to-price ratio is favorable and the property can cash flow.
