It's actually harder to get organic leads from BP now because if they have a featured agent in your area, that is the agent that shows on the "agent in my area" of the website. 

@Dan Bosak...is there no one in your area that can refer you to someone? 

Whether it's Airbnb, VRBO, FF, Zillow, FB, direct booking website, insurance relocation portals, databases from MTR operators who get a lot of insurance/corporate leads, CHBO, etc.The MTR space is still quite young, unlike STR. 

Your best bet is to establish a website and do SEO for that market.
