i just think having a 3BR/1BA house in a city with friends and family for about $180 plus utilities is unbelievable and would be a great investment in this time of somewhat uncertainty, and i could move into it and live cheaper than renting a 1BR - how could i go wrong?

The first year has been unbelievable, but my wheels are always turning and am ready to start buying multi-unit investments (2-4 doors)The only issue is that the banks (at least I don't think), will even consider loaning me $ until 2 years have passed.I am excited and ready to start now, and am curious what some experienced people would do in my situation!
