You would have to get in touch with one of them to resolve this, which may need a probate attorney to resolve, and you may not get anything after that. 

Some roofing companies will include removal/replacement of panels after the shingles are replaced and some won't touch it.

If you are going to own property you need to keep a certain amount of reserves per property in an account and not touch it unless it's being used for that property.
