We swap out the old gas hotwater tank as well and no more need for a chimney, or liners.If you are a diyer, why not knock out the chimney yourself, buy seconds or discontinued brick, lay the chimney yourself or hire a handyman.... most of the chimneys we needed to rebuild are only the top sectionsfrom the attic through the roof, its rare that the entire chimney is bad.

Well, you can just cash out your 401k, and swallow the penalty and tax implications.Another option would be to incorporate your business, start a retirement plan, transfer all your 401k / IRA money into the company retirement system, swap the cash with shares, and use the cash to expand the business.

Also, your hypothetical deal package can be reused once you have the deal by swapping out the "fake" data with the real thing.
