You could ask a real estate agent to do a comparative market analysis for you (maybe pay them a bit for it).

They were properly renovated before they went on the market and are not costing/causing any additional maintenance then some new construction in my management portfolio. 

I feel like my "circle of people" really needs an expansion and improvement and I want someone with more experience in the field I want to be in to really help me gain myself to success!
