But what you are proposing isn't a transfer of the subscription, the same LLC remains the subscriber, so you're OK here.The second thing the subscription agreement most likely says is that the subscriber agrees to be bound by and abide by the terms of the operating agreement of the syndicate.

I think you have to subscribe to see vacancy rates, but even with the free version you can get lots of helpful details on existing available rentals.  

They actually buy the appliances at retail and do their own tests, and they don't accept advertising.They have a Web site, but you have to be a subscriber to see their rankings.

@John Casmon  Totally agree  verbal commitments are not raised moneyyou need to be like the airlines and over subscribe.. you will have fall out.investor wont like the deal.. deal took to long to materialize and money got invested somewhere else.bad news in the economic world investor spooked going to sit on cash. 

And second, telling people they're stupid on the internet is no way to get ANYONE to subscribe to your Brian Page rip off website.
