After a little dry spell I've got 2 flips under contract in 6 days. 

The material is very boring and dry and I doubt I would have ever got it done.

Eventually they will come back up, and some of the folks that refinanced to an ARM may not be able to cover the difference, so some of the extra cash that's in the market may dry up as well.

Today, the Sales Mgr at a local high-end dealership agreed the demand for a storage option is through the roof and offered up a rather large list of potential clients for pre-sales.Long story short, I have available to me roughly 4 acres of flat, dry land in Charleston, SC. 

I'd say start showing it as soon as you get the dry wall done.  

Not much margin over here and now the King Co. investors are shopping Kitsap since their territories are pretty dry.

When the ink dried, my investment made me an ROI of 500%!!!

My interest stems from different factors; I'll try to expound, and I apologize that it may be a bit verbose (this is where you can be happy to NOT be in my head ;-). 

If you have a contact at a title company, they may give it to you but I'm sure you'll wear out any favors that they may owe you quickly and that source will dry up.

My reason being is that prices seem to be at a peak, there may be some value to be found from wholesalers compared to market value but the "good deals" are drying up across the country.
