Based on what I have seen renters could ride a bike to the beach and be within walking distance to a lot of the restaurants.

We are looking in myrtle beach and North myrtle but having really hard time finding anything that the numbers work to not be upside down.

One reason I bought my Oceanfront condo in Myrtle Beach is because it has all the criteria to do well. 14 million people visit here each year.

Sidenote my Outer Banks rental is crushing which has caused me to shift my focus a bit from cabin to beach for the next investment, based on current market prices.

I ask because I am up here in Pinellas by the Gulf Beaches and our 2-4 Units run between $300K to $650K.Miami 2-4 Units run between $850K to $1.8Million and the Taxes and Insurance premiums are higher.

We don’t know where we’ll be or what we’ll be doing when we reach retirement, but we sure get shown lots of pictures of happy people playing golf and lounging by the beach and eating at buffets.
