The two sentences in that quoted piece seem to contradict each other.

Personally, my letter strategically eliminates most tire kickers with just one or two carefully worded sentences.

And since your ignorance is showing, here's some free advice (no charge this time)....make sure you know what a term really means before you go using it in a sentence.
