I can honestly say that I've probably gotten the majority of my buyers list from this posting ads here.Once you have at least 4-5 pre-written ads that you can rotate through, all it takes is about 5 minutes per day (or every other day) to post them.

As a guy who has spent thousands on Billboards I wouldnt pull the trigger on them in todays market..They are great when the market is ripe with opportunity however it isnt at the time.If you do decide to then make certain that youre on a 45 day rotation schedule not a fixed placement.Make certain your boards are red and yellow.

We have a locked closet that we keep bulk supplies in that the cleaner can use to restock the consumables.We have extra bedding that gets used on a rotation basis, but if something is reported to us as being damaged we replace this.

Rotate the ads you post daily on Craigslist.

Put the new stuff in your rental and rotate the old stuff to your home. 

My plan for us is to rotate out our VA loans when we continue to PCS.* I finance one place, he does the next, Refinance with a tradional loan then repeat the process.

I have 3 tanks in rotation for a Weber Genesis 310.

That rotation was FIERCE!
