Don't make the dog your problem, you can very professionally and respectfully; Tell them that it' their duty to control the dog and let them know that if it happens again, they are putting you in a position where, even though you don't want to, you HAVE to act.

This person, with all due respect,  may have heard it that way and I'm sure the company would really like to know with whom they spoke because having just been through the process I can assure it is not mandatory.

You need not just an attorney, but an attorney recognizable and respected by the decision makers.....personal relationships and contacts can be more important than anything else.

We have no intentions of withdrawing any funds from our llc bank account until after tax time so that we can get a good feel for the tax implication in relation to our individual income from our primary careers and, neither of us currently need the money to go back to our respective pockets so we intend to roll it all back in to more houses/flips etc.. 

If you want to set yourself apart, be courteous and professional and respect their time.Their main concern would be people looking in medicine cabinets for drugs and in dressers for jewelry.
