Somehow I would think recovering property to satisfy a lien would not fall under those big words.Of course if you fully read my original post, I would always advise consulting your attorney, before taking advanced measures like these.I don't think I've ever been to district court to see any of these cases, but have been to JP court many times, and seems like most of the times the JPs are pretty no nonsense.....pretty much looking at the tenant, IF they show up and listens to every excuse under the sun, only to reply...."
