Upon move-in if they have dogs, I provide some doggie bags and in addition to pet rules supplied, this is the additional verbiage I use in my Pet Addendum:Tenant agrees promptly remove any pet waste from property at reasonable and appropriate times including but not limited to at least twice per week.

We also made it clear that there would be no interest on the $17K and she would not be able to cash out the rent credits; only to be applied for her DP after 3 years.We also agreed on a $1500/mo rent with an RTO rebate of $200 to be accumulated and applied at the end of 3 yrs; her effective rent would be $1300/mo assuming she would stay for the duration.I also received a 0% interest on my $30K limit credit card from the same bank (I would pay a 'processing fee' of 1%) and they promptly sent 3 credit card cheques for convenience.
