Yep....guilty as charged.....I did not take the time to read all 35 previous posts on this thread that were not addressed to me :-) I saw what you said directly to me about 94603 compared to 94611 and responded directly to that :-)

No discussion, no begging, no pleading, etc.. 

When at the court, the bailiff told everyone that if they pleaded guilty the judge would give everyone a penalty of about 10 cents on the dollar.

Follow the French legal schema of guilty until proven innocent rather than our own innocent until proven guilty.   

I haven’t used anyone different yet and I feel guilty like I’m betraying them.

I felt guilty for not speaking up sooner, I made the mistake of trusting them to do the right thing and not setting boundaries with them.

I'd also ask him/her to send me a copy of the pleadings.

I will plead a large degree of ignorance on the technicalities of this subject.

Under what circumstances have you had to use it  (change/omit names to protect the innocent or slightly guilty of course)
