Hi, I would like to get started investing next year and I think doing a partnership where I bring the money and my partner brings the experience would be best for me (being a limited partner).  

Also please feel free to give advice specific to partnerships in Chicago or let me know of anyone who would be interested, (looking for someone who could potentially be a money partner or 50/50 for DP and other costs.)

Marriott will not work with you unless you have 50+ properties but perhaps partnering with a PM in your state (like we do in FL) to provide limited service engagements that includes marketing.Good luck!
