Another question I have is could I purchase multiple properties with the VA loan in a package deal?

With our large inventory of 750+ homes, we have numerous "Package" deals. 

The flip is pretty minor, list of what is needed is: paint, floors, carpet, vanities in 2 bathrooms, replace counter tops with granite, appliance package, replace all ceiling fans, lights and fixtures, replace all outlets. 

We were told it would be a "process" and were told to remove any and all food, cooking products, plates, glasses, pots, pans (anything we cook with or eat on) from the kitchen until the problem was taken care of - approximately 2 months!!

I'm just days away from closing on my first deal, a package of four properties in the Detroit area.

I had to throw out the food in my freezer and the owner refused to cover the food.

Plus I just love the Mexican food east of 45 and I need an excuse to get over there.

However, there were multiple "coaching packages" offered for $10k ($20k for premium).
