What kind of junior anchors and large anchors are around the site (junior might be Starbucks freestanding, Mcdonalds, Chick Fil a, national brand gas station) or larger anchors ( Super Walmart, Home Depot, Publix, Lowe's, Costco, Target, etc.)You need to know how valuable your site is.

We are looking at a few different condos in the same complex some of which have views of the complex pool/beach, and some with views of a gas station with the ocean also.

Currently stationed in Naples, Italy and originally from Portsmouth, Virginia, I am USN active duty and have been in 9 years.

We've met a couple times before, usually Hanks Filling Station on Colley but plan on expanding out.

Around the same time, I began to discover self improvement books and of course happened upon Rich Dad.I have been steadily researching for all that time since, and trying to improve my station  and job expertise (pipeline inspection) to enable me to get real estate. 

Which base will you be stationed on?

I am new to bigger pockets and currently active duty Air Force stationed out in Kansas. 

I'm on Log Hill too, in Log Hill Village down past the Fire Station.
