Hi all - are there any articles or help dedicated to Real Estate invested in Puerto Rico?

Institutional Real Estate Inc published an article stating, "...not seen any evidence that manager co-investment produces superior results.  

Not sure what article you read but in  the nearly decade I’ve lived here I’ve never seen a 17$ gallon of milk.

The WCI article is 4”rather and biased flawed by someone who is not an expert.

I wasn't surprised when I stumbled upon an article in my news feed this morning titled "Realtors 'Running out of Money'."
